Recognizing the impact legislation can have on court reporters, Kim has always taken the time to attend TCRA-sponsored legislative events and trainings.  This year she also attended the NCRA Leadership & Legislative Boot Camp to make sure her lobbying skills would be sharp and ready for 2021.
